hpsauce90 chrome has default settings for flash set to "ask"...but it doesnt always ask. i guess you already figured it out, but a quick way to do it is to click the lock icon to the left of the website address. then just set the flash setting to allow +

Did not have access to media player, but the patient’s presentation is consistent with a URI
CHF: Cyanosis, delayed capillary refill, etc.
Idiopathic pulmonary hypertension: Lower extremity edema, congestive hepatopathy, loud P2, RV heave
Pericarditis: Febrile, friction rub, etc.
VSD: Often asymptomatic until later age, will lead to a systolic ejection murmur in the lower left sternal border

sizario I believe it was a splitting of S2. It occurred during inspiration causing increase preload and delay closure of P2 +1
