  • PCOS patient who does not wish to become pregnant: Dual estrogen-progestin OCPs
  • PCOS patient who wants to become pregnant: Clomiphene (antagonists at estrogen receptors in hypothalamus โ€“> prevents normal feedback inhibition โ€“> increased release of LH and FSH from pituitary โ€“> stimulates ovulation)
