looks like anterior mediastinal mass.. symptoms are suggestive of myasthenia gravis (worse by end of day, ptosis) = thymoma

do not confuse with Lambert Eaton = small cell carcinoma of lung (no lung masses seen here)

lubdub  Even if you can't read CT's well (not that I'd know what that's like) the symptoms of weakness that are worse at the ends of the day tall you it's MG, so probably a thymoma in there somewhere. +1
