Hints here include that this is her second child, and that she did not have prenatal care...probably meaning that she did not receive RhoGam
Ignore the ABO, look for negative mother with positive child :)
Note: ABO incompatibility can also cause some symptoms of hemolysis but differences include way more mild presentation and also can be seen in first child (O mother with child anything other than O)
