dmk21i don't think that's 100% right myelofibrosis will have splenomegaly+2
tinylilronI wonder if this could be Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura due to the only abnormality being the low platelet count. First Aid says that "Bone marrow biopsy would show increased megakaryocytes but is done only in atypical cases or patients > 60 years of age."+
