Increased bleeding with normal labs (or an isolated mildly prolonged PTT) is always a good picture for von Willebrand disease, the most common bleeding disorder. Yes, the PTT is slightly elevated (which can happen), but thatโ€™s also why they probably gave you boy and girl siblings to help you not pick hemophilia.
