Increased bleeding with normal labs (or an isolated mildly prolonged PTT) is always a good picture for von Willebrand disease, the most common bleeding disorder. Yes, the PTT is slightly elevated (which can happen), but thatโs also why they probably gave you boy and girl siblings to help you not pick hemophilia.
