Tropomyiosin is blocking myosin-bingind sites on the actin filament. Released Ca2+ binds to troponin C , shifting the tropomyosin to expose the myosin-binding sites. FA 2018 pg.446

lucifer546  This question does confuse you a bit as it is not troponin C itself that covers the myosin binding site but you can rule out the rest +1
