Aren't Pl effusions due to CHF ALWAYS bilteral??

tinylilron  no more likely to be bilateral but can be unilateral... if unilateral it is more likely to present on the right side. +

He has CHF so look for the transudative effusion.. low protein, leukocyte count, normal glucose
