Yes. answer is radon. was back and forth with sawdust and radon. i was thinking sawdust - > pneumoconiosis. but I should have focused more on the risk factor associated with cancer. radon and basements as stated in pathoma

Is the correct answer Radon? If so, make sure you associate radon exposure to basements. Radon is in the soil and ya gotta dig up some soil to have a basement.
