i_hate_it_hereI guess that makes sense cuz the prostatic plexus is more peripherally located which is the case for prostatic adenocarcinoma, while BPH is centrally locating impeding on the penile urethra. +8

The prostatic plexus of the pelvic splanchnic nerves is in close proximity to the prostate and risks damage.
