Cluster headache is unilateral, presents with periorbital pain and is more common in males. Its very painful and also presents with lacrimation and rhinorrea. NO AURA
Tension headache is across the forehead (bilateral) and feels like a "headband" NO AURA
IC mass: neurologic sx based on location
So this leaves migraine as the answer which is unilateral and pulsatile and presents with N&V. There is also an aura (flashing lights, photophobia, phonophobia)
