  • Cluster headache is unilateral, presents with periorbital pain and is more common in males. Its very painful and also presents with lacrimation and rhinorrea. NO AURA

  • Tension headache is across the forehead (bilateral) and feels like a "headband" NO AURA

  • IC mass: neurologic sx based on location

  • So this leaves migraine as the answer which is unilateral and pulsatile and presents with N&V. There is also an aura (flashing lights, photophobia, phonophobia)
