Based on the question stem you should eliminate all the choices and be left with two MDD and dysthymic disorder

  • Dysthymic disorder: a "milder" form of MDD with 2 or more sx for 2 years or more. This patient meets those requirements (anhedonia, pessimism, energy loss)
