Even if you didn't which one vector was Anaplasma, I believe choice A was the only one in which both organisms shared the same vector.
Analasmosis Phagocytophilum carried by Ixodes scapularis tick similar to babesia (Babesiosis)and borrelia(Lyme dz) where Rickettsia Rickettsia is carried by ectoparasites such as fleas, lice, mites, and ticks. as per the CDC
Even tho FA and SketchyMicro doesn't mention it, both Anaplasma and Ehrlichosis are carried by Robin of Ixodes.

Wasn't sure about Rickettsia, but I knew robin of ixodes was on his tricycle in the northeast and getting tortured by the vampire babes.
