Dexamethosone suppresses ACTH = Pituitary Adenoma Dexamethosone fails to suppress ACTH = Ectopic ATCH (ex - Small Cell Lung Cancer)

would it be possible in hypothalamus? which increase CRH,although it's never mention in any Qbanks or FA in Dexamethosone suppresses test; just curious
